Todd Hannigan & the Heavy 29's

With a rich and emotive voice that falls somewhere in between Nick Drake’s and Eddie Vedder’s, Todd Hannigan is one of the South Coast’s shining stars. Born from the same tight-knit surfing world that gave us Jack Johnson, Hannigan takes a slightly more serious approach to his songcraft, weaving poignant lyrics over intricate guitar parts and melodies. He plays with backing band the Heavy 29’s, which features Jesse Siebenberg (Supertramp, Kenny Loggins, Jim Messina, Crosby Loggins, Rey Fresco) and Sam Bolle (Dick Dale, Agent Orange, etc) to present exceptional music that is adored by audiences around the globe.

Dave Palmer

Dave Palmer began playing music professionally at the age of seventeen. Now at the age of forty two he has a diverse and fascinating career that was sparked in the clubs of Norfolk, Virginia and Dallas, Texas (where he graduated from the University of North Texas), spread to the west coast via Seattle, Washington and San Francisco, California, and led to the studio and concert landscape of Los Angeles. During the course of this 25 year period Mr. Palmer played with a vast array of artists as a touring musician, studio keyboardist, producer, musical director (most recently for the Hollywood Bowl's Beatles Tribute), and arranger. This collection of employers is as diverse in style as it is impressive in it's make up. Fiona Apple, Chris Isaak, AIR, Seal, Turin Brakes, Twista, Joe Henry, Patty Griffin, Fleetwood Mac, Madeleine Peyroux, Perla Batalla, T-Bone Burnett, Avenged Sevenfold, Missy Higgins, Sam Phillips, Solomon Burke, The Goo Goo Dolls and Aureo Baqueiro are but a few examples of his varied professional experience.

Dan Grimm Band

The Dan Grimm Band brings a unique Flip Floppytonk sound blending vintage guitar rock with California country, folk, and progressive story telling. Hints of Tom Petty, Black Crowes, and Blind Faith influences can be heard in the craft and love for live spontaneity. The band features double lead guitars by world-class guitar players Jonathan McEuen and Ian Hutchinson over tight rhythm, Rhodes keys, and vocal harmonies. With original songs that stick in your head, smoke and honey vocals, and players forged onstage with the likes of Robben Ford, Dwight Yoakam, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and Dave Mason, the Dan Grimm Band brings both history and invention to the stage.

B Willing James

Brendan Willing James is a performing singer/songwriter from Los Angeles, CA. Vocalist and songwriter for the popular Ventura county rock band Shades of Day and also as the solo artist "B Willing James", Brendan has released two full-length albums with Shades of Day and two solo EP’s. Brendan has performed in 35 states and has shared stages with Little Feat, Blondie, Kenny Loggins, Glen Phillips, Edwin McCain, Alter Bridge, Jesca Hoop, Snow Patrol, The Young Dubliners, and most recently two sold out shows in Ventura opening for Jim Messina. He is a regular performer at local songwriter haven Zoey’s Café and storied L.A. venues Room 5, Hotel Cafe and Molly Malones. With a strong love of American history, folk, roots music and pop melody his voice is at once unique, forceful and inviting. Brendan recently performed as Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan and other folk music icons in James O'Neil's world premiere musical production of Lonesome Traveler at the renowned Rubicon Theatre in Ventura, CA.

Nicole Vaughn

Writing her own songs for the better part of a decade, Nicole Vaughn plays music that calls wallflowers out to the center of the dance floor, across the street to the bar for the after party, and on out of bed the next morning just in time for Sunday Mass--in other words; her music moves people. After releasing a handful of demos, EP's, and her first full length "Walk into the Night", Nicole Vaughn is poised to break barriers and hearts with the release of her new album "Say it". With two-thirds of the album being produced by Kelly Winrich (keyboardist/guitarist of Delta Spirit) and the remaining third being recorded in Ojai Valley with producer Todd Hannigan, Nicole Vaughn has never sounded bigger, stronger, or more beautiful.

  In the past year Nicole have come a long way, her music was featured in the critically acclaimed 2010 documentary "Finding Kind", has toured across the US, featured on Martin Guitar's website, and was nominated for the Best Folk category at the 2011 OC music awards. In an age where everyone with a guitar and a story to tell is considered "the next rising star" Nicole Vaughn is in a completely different category all her own. She is a shooting star.
